Considering the labor cost, safety and visa issues, we suggest to send one or two engineers to guide and train your staffs.  You should provide round-trip tickets, visa cost,food and accommodation.

Usually we will provide installation drawing,and if necessary,we also provide installation video.

Depend on MOQ, usually we can arrange shipment around 10days after received deposit.

We use 40HQ container to ship the goods; Usually 40HQ container can load about 160-180 square meters house.

First of all, we need to know that according to the difference of geology and the degree of softness of the land, the structural form can be divided into strip foundation, independent foundation, well format foundation, pile foundation, dome foundation and box foundation.

A basic form in which the base length is much larger than the width. According to the superstructure, it is divided into a strip under the wall and a strip under the column. The length of the base is greater than or equal to 10 times the width of the base.

Features:
1. Arranged on one axis and intersected with more than two axes, sometimes connected to a separate foundation, but the cross-sectional dimensions are not the same as the reinforcement.
2. The transverse reinforcement is the main stressed steel bar, and the longitudinal reinforcement is the secondary reinforcement or the distribution reinforcement. The main stressed steel bars are arranged below.

Scope of application:
It is mostly used in single or multi-layer masonry structures.

When the upper structure of a building is supported by a frame structure or a single-layer frame structure, the foundation is often a stand-alone foundation in the form of a cylinder or a polygon. This type of foundation is called a stand-alone foundation, also called a separate foundation. There are three independent foundations: the basic foundation, the slope foundation, and the cup foundation.

Features:
1. Generally only located at the intersection of a cross-axis, and sometimes connected to other strip-shaped foundations, but the cross-section size and reinforcement are not the same. The independent foundation carries several independent columns at the intersection of several axes, called the joint independent foundation.
2. The reinforcement in both the longitudinal and transverse directions within the foundation are stressed steel bars, and the long direction is generally arranged below. The aspect ratio is within 3 times and the bottom area is within 20 m2 (independent pile cap).

Scope of application:
Mostly used in the case of frame structures or separate columns.

When the frame structure is in poor foundation condition or the upper load is large, in order to improve the integrity of the building and prevent uneven settlement between the columns, the foundation under the column is often extended and connected in two directions, making a cross. The pile foundation consists of a pile and a platform connected to the top of the pile. Features:
1. The pile is a vertical or slightly inclined foundation member with a cross-sectional dimension that is much smaller than the length.
2. The piles placed in the geotechnical soil transfer the load of the superstructure to the foundation through the lateral frictional resistance of the pile and the resistance of the pile end, or transmit the lateral load to the lateral soil through the pile body.

Scope of application:
Widely used in high-rise buildings, bridges, high-speed rail and other projects.

Raft foundation, named full foundation. It is to connect the independent foundation or the strip foundation under the column with the contact beam, and then the bottom plate is integrally cast. It consists of a base plate, a beam, and the like.


Features:
Good overall, it can resist uneven settlement of buildings.

Scope of application:
The building has a large load and the bearing capacity of the foundation is weak. The slab is often used to withstand the load of the building and form a raft foundation.

The box foundation refers to the overall cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure composed of the bottom plate, the top plate and the reinforced concrete longitudinal and transverse partition walls.

Features:
1. The box foundation has a large foundation bottom, a deep depth of embedding and a hollow structure. Part of the load on the upper structure can be compensated for by the weight of the soil removed by excavation.
2. Compared with the general physical basis, it can significantly improve the stability of the foundation and reduce the amount of foundation settlement.
